Let's talk INTENSITY?
You can apply intensity to your training in thousands of ways. Playing with weights, tempo, and other thousands of techniques like the one in this video, which is a cluster set. I already spoke about it some time ago, but I'd like to give more details about it.
This was our first exercise today, and the ONLY reasons why I used this technique in a FREE WEIGHTS exercise are: First - I have a trustworthy training partner. Second - I lift weights for 18 years, not always for bodybuilding, but I can say I have TOTAL control over my body.
Use heavy loads for more or less 6-8 reps, pause for 10", and repeat the process until you can get only 1 repetition. This is a way of increasing the amount of work in a short period of time. Instead of 6 reps only (which is what I got in the first part of the set), I did 9 by the end of it. #chestdaydone, #operationpamelaandersonsuccessful, now is the time when you eat your meal, whether you wanna grow or put off some fat, rest, and repeat the process tomorrow. Remember, long run...you won't see significant changes in 2 months. Consistency is the keyword here. No excuses, no bad days. Don't wait for the perfect conditions to make things happen. Make perfect the conditions you have. And a little #anger and #hatewill help in the last reps 😉😉 #bodybuilding #heavyassweights #workoutshop #parnu #newreligion #blacklabelsociety #sdmf #oldschool #faranistyle #hardcoretraining #nobrainnogain #hardcorespirit #bryanromanofaranipersonaltraining
