Oh mama's out there! This blog post is a must read! We have so many tasks as mom's!
If you are a stay at home mom, working mom or both! The lists of things that need done are endless and always growing!
Dishes, laundry, tidying up, cooking (Yes, this is my weakness, That I am not good at) School planning, grocery shopping, etc. Some may look at a to do list (which is not even close to the to do list I'm chasing around trying to remember in my head)
and some may think "ha! That's nothing compared to what I do."
Ok, that's fine!
God has us in different places for differen reasons and different plans for each of us!
But we all have some of the same tasks!
This calling as mom's is so big! And yes, some day's we have things on our to do list that need done right away.. and other things that can wait. Invest in the future generation eternally minded! These children need us!
As a Godly role model!
This blog post was so sweet!
And such a beautiful reminder to make more time to invest into these children!
We will not have these babies forever!
Cherish them, but do remember they are ultimately God's, and they will grow up and move out of your home someday.
Invest in their Life! Teach them, listen to them, spend time with them, play with them... hear their heart!
This time is running away from us!
Start today, stop rushing.. start living!
Live to hear those little voices!
One day they will not be little voices anymore and you will not hear them say Mom, mom, mom, Mom, M.O.M.!! ..as much. Cherish this time God has given You! Oh and a side note.. Cherish their father too! They need to see Godly parents in their roles as husband and wife, loving each other and serving one another!
My little guy turned 4 yesterday! I can't even wrap my mind around where those 4 years went SO FAST! I have so many regrets, but I can dwell on them, or I can take each day and learn from those regrets and pour my time and energy into these small fries that will some day be grown adults making BIG decisions of their own!
We all make mistakes, But remember to apologize and learn from those mistakes! That right there alone.. teaches them so much! Go read her blog post!
