If it made you feel alive and time seemed to have stop, that is your flow. If every molecule in your skin felt dissipated, and you felt like you’ve turned into a fluid swiftly becoming integrated with the air and space, that is your flow. When your mind have shifted into one thing only as if you’re in a meditative state, or a trance, and your vision have tunneled but simultaneously becoming very, very aware of every minute detail around you, you’ve entered your flow. That’s why I’m obsessed and addicted to snowboarding. The chaos and peacefulness it brings me is nothing like anything I have ever done to myself. Or maybe it’s for myself, a gift and a skill i keep recreating, feeling alive in every moment on my board. The falling, the pain, the bruises, the soreness, the lack of sleep sometimes, the long drive, the cold and windy days, sometimes in the middle of a snowstorm and you’re sitting on the lift thinking why am I here? I love everything about this. Re-newed, rejuvenated, and recharged. If you have an activity that has made you feel this way, please don’t let the outside forces take that away from you. Nurture your passions. Don’t worry about losing people or people judging you making a decision to do what you love doing. There’s about 9million people in this world. Chase that flow, chase that dream. 🤘🏽Forever young at ❤️and playful.
