lauriecroston's Instagram Photo - I am feeling human again. The past few days I have felt off. Not sure if my body was fighting something or what. Glad that is over. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Sometimes you have to do hard things to get what you want. If it was easy everyone would be doing it. 
Even when Iโ€™m not feeling 100% I still get up and press play. I get up and go to work, so whatโ€™s the difference? Working on myself is more important than any amount of money. 
Itโ€™s 2% of my day! I think I can manage that. 
Iโ€™m just grateful that I donโ€™t have to get dressed, warm up the car and drive to a gym. I know I wouldnโ€™t be consistent if I had to fight the cold every morning. I can roll out of bed and be done my workout and showered all under an hour!!!

If you only trained on the days that you felt amazing, you wouldnโ€™t get that many sessions in.
In saying that though, youโ€™ve got to be able to listen to your body and make a justification about whether you seriously need rest or not. 
Two days ago I was supposed to squat - hit 85 4x6, and I took myself to the gym. But I sat in the change rooms feeling unusually exhausted so decided against it. Yesterday, I decided to train but still felt super lethargic so my session was sub par. 
Today, I struggled to wake up so decided against it again. Missing a few sessions isnโ€™t going to jeopardise your training and it will help you get better quicker. 
Listen to your body ๐Ÿ™ƒ
