Thai Chicken Mango!🍴
This is a delicious "healthified" version of the famous Thai Chicken Mango. With significantly lower sodium and zero flour or starch, this dish can be enjoyed guilt free! For best results use ripe mangos and organic, preferrably pastured, antibiotic and hormone free chicken.
Chicken strips, Mangoes, Rainbow Peppers, Fresh Ginder, Extra Virgen Coconut Oil, Onions, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, Chili Powder, Lemon Juice, Pink Salt and Pepper, Garlic, Turmeric and Cilantro.
. 👉🏼Make it happen:
Sauté ginger w extra virgen coconut oil. Add onions and peppers to the mix.🔸After sautéing take everything out and sautéed the chicken with pepper, lemon juice, low sodium soy sauce, garlic, turmeric,cilantro and chili powder.🔸After the chicken turns a golden color add the onions, ginger, and peppers (saute) as well as the mango strips.🔸Cook for 5 minutes so the mango softens up and add a low sodium soy sauce (Bragg's liquid aminos or coconut aminos(soy alternative) are good options) and let it simmer together.🔸It is now ready to serve. Add cilantro on top for extra flavor and decoration!
