To anyone who still thinks that the key to getting in shape is eating as few calories as possible, GET A GRIP!! This is what I packed in my lunchbox today -- two meals (I work long hours and typically eat both lunch and dinner at my desk), snacks (yes, one of my snacks is a bag of deli turkey haha because I gotta eat that protein 💪🏻), and some lacroix (💕). This does not include the breakfast I ate this morning OR the snack I will have when I get home from work tonight. My lunchbox is ginormous, people at work actually make fun of me and call it my suitcase because it's so big 😂😂😂 but I'm okay with that!! I refuse to ever starve myself again, instead I stay PREPARED with healthy food to keep me going throughout the day. You do not need to eat less or eat only spinach to get in shape, it's all about putting the right stuff into your body that works for you! But please never tell me that you'll never be in shape because you like food too much 🙅🏻 because I LOVE food 😋😋

✔️When it comes to shoulder pain, the rotator cuff muscles are really just the tip of the iceberg as to what could be the true cause. These 4️⃣muscles that attach to your scapula (shoulder blade) and your humerus directly assist in moving as well as stabilizing your shoulder. .
✔️These muscles will all work together to optimize glenohumeral rhythm, aka, how well your shoulder joint and your scapula work together to move your arm‼️🙆

✔️These 2️⃣ basic exercises today ones that focus on external rotation (ER) strength💪, which is extremely important all over head athletes ⚾️🎾🏐🏉🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♂️🏊‼️ These exercises will minimize the compensation from the upper trap which is a common sign of shoulder weakness and dysfunction‼️.

✔️Both exercises should be done with a 4️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ tempo. The initial ER move should be done in 1️⃣ sec followed by a hold of 2️⃣seconds and then count to 4️⃣ as you return to the starting position.
