Ingredients:
Ezekiel Bread
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
Egg whites

Directions:

Toast whole grain bread, break up into pieces and put in the food processor. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and any other spices that you like. Process until fine.

Cut up chicken breast into strips. Beat 4 egg whites, dip chicken in egg and then bread mixture. 
Bake on 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until cooked through - flip halfway through.
Honey Mustard dressing:
1/2c plain Greek yogurt
3T, rice wine vinegar, Dijon mustard & honey
Salt & pepper to taste.

Whisk together and refrigerate πŸ™‚

Total Time: 29 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 19 min.
Yield: 3 servings, 2 pancakes each

Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 medium apple, peeled, sliced
¾ tsp. ground cinnamon, divided use
4 large egg whites (½ cup)
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop whey protein powder, vanilla flavor
¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp. coconut flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. ground ginger
1 dash ground nutmeg

Preparation:
1. Heat medium nonstick skillet lightly coated with spray over medium-low heat.
2. Add apple and ¼ tsp. cinnamon; cook, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes, or until apple is soft. Remove from heat. Set aside.
3. Combine egg whites, applesauce, and almond milk in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
4. Combine protein powder, oats, coconut flour, baking powder, remaining ½ tsp. cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a medium bowl; mix well.
5. Add applesauce mixture to oat mixture; mix until just blended.
6. Heat large nonstick skillet lightly coated with spray over medium heat. Ladle about ¼ cup batter for each pancake; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until bubbles form on top. Flip. Cook for 90 seconds, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Divide pancakes between three serving plates. Top evenly with cooked apple slices.

Yield: Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, grated, divided use
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. olive oil, divided use
2 bunches raw kale, washed, dried (about 1 lb.)
4 slices low-sodium sprouted whole-grain bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
1. Preheat grill or broiler on high.
2. To make dressing, combine half of garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl; whisk to blend.
3. Slowly add 2 Tbsp. oil, whisking continuously until blended. Set aside.
4. Combine remaining 2 tsp. oil and remaining half of garlic in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
5. Remove central rib and stem from each kale leaf. Brush leaves with half of oil and garlic mixture. Set aside.
6. Brush bread with the other half of oil and garlic mixture. Set aside.
7. Grill kale for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, or until slightly brown and crispy. (Kale might need to be grilled in batches.) Cut (or tear) into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
8. Grill bread for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until brown and crispy. Cut into large cubes.
9. Combine kale and bread in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to blend.
10. Sprinkle with cheese.

1 shot agave (adjust based on your tartness level)

3 green peppers, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
2lbs lean ground chicken(or turkey)
2T dried oregano
2T garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Directions:
In a saucepan heat 1tsp coconut oil. Add in diced onion and peppers. Season lightly with s&p. After a couple minutes add in Chicken and the rest of the spices. Season as needed. Let cooked through! 
At this point the meat mixture is done and can be used several different ways. I like to put together what I call warm salads. This was my dinner last night and here's how it went. ➿➿➿ 1c spinach, add in meat, roasted sweet potatoes (leftovers), and 1/2 avocado chopped. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes to let the spinach soften and the avocado melt. Done!
