joja's Instagram Photo - Tried sumo deadlifts for the first time using band tension + the weights. Killer Booty move. It’s very importantly keep your chest upright and your butt low to the ground in a complete squat position with your toes wide facing outwards. This is something you should be very careful with trying on your own because form is so important. If you have a trainer and are interested in this workout you should suggest it to them for you to try to incorporate into your leg days. Form is everything and we never want any of you to get hurt ☺️@dogpound 🐶👊🏻 #trainlikeanangel @victoriasport #jojalife
