Tricep Push Up off the stability ball then move into a 
Tricep Shimmy to a Knee Tucks. 
Add on by taking it to a Pike then an extension 
Work through the sequence 5 -10 times :) FULL BODY functional training work right here 👊🏻💪🏻

I have suffered with Thyroid disease for a couple of years now. I have had my ups and downs with it as stressful situations have occurred in my life but I have DECIDED to make myself better first and foremost! 
When I first saw Natalie Jill on Facebook I thought YES! This makes sense to me. I knew I needed to LEARN the right way of eating and not the easy way of eating (processed foods) to get the results I was looking for. 4 weeks into this I am getting results! I feel great, I am getting stronger, and I do not get all those cravings or have the desire to raid the pantry like I used to.

I now understand the logic behind how the body processes food and why an unprocessed food diet in the right proportions works. I have also enjoyed our group. What a great group of gals working together sharing ideas and recipes, products, and a few laughs! I think we all have made incredible progress this first 4 weeks! With Natalie Jill’s guidance in the group, I'm learning the science behind nutrition. Having a vision board and an understanding of the reason “why” we want to get healthy has been key.

For me this way of eating has completely changed my life. I work hard. I exercise daily. I focus on getting sleep and settling a routine.

I work full time including an average of 3-5 hrs of overtime weekly. I make this my priority. I don't accept excuses and I'm determined to reach (or surpass) my goals.

2 eggs
4 cherry tomatoes
1 green onion
3 strip turkey bacon (nitrate free) 
Preheat oven to 400. In a small bowl crack 2 eggs and whip. Add salt & pepper, chopped green onions and tomatoes then stir. 
Rub oil in cups and line with turkey bacon. 
Pour egg into cup and bake for 15 mins!
