nataliejillfit's Instagram Photo - Baked 🍳 in 🍅Want some? 🙋🏻 2 large tomatoes
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sliced basil
2 eggs
salt & pepper to taste

Directions: preheat oven 450
cut top of tomato off & gently scoop out as much as you can with a spoon-
crack egg & drop into hollowed out tomato
season with salt & pepper & top with cheese
bake for 20 mins
remove from the oven and top with freshly chopped basil.

I couldn’t figure out exactly what it was, but several weeks ago, I sat up in bed. 
Have you ever had that thing that shakes you from your sleep? Where you wake up instantly like lightning just struck your bedroom and the thunderclap snapped you wide awake? 
I sat up in bed, and I KNEW what was bothering me… 
I missed helping people like you in one-on-one. 
But then I immediately felt awful because I couldn't figure out a way to do that again. 
With over 1.7 million people on Facebook alone, it become too hard to connect and help people like I used too. 
Then the idea hit. I am going to create an Academy where I can work with a small group of people and help them through their transformation! 
I will support, teach, coach, and keep a small group accountable to ME, but do it virtually. 
I will give them my simple formula and I will guide them

And THAT is what I did. I created my Fat Loss Academy! 
I am so pumped for this first Academy, I can’t even tell you.

I turned 45 this year, and for some reason 45 just hit me hard.
I have spent a lot of time being reflective, thinking about where I started, how far I have come, and the mistakes I’ve made along the way. 
As you may know, I was at rock bottom about 9 years back.

My life was falling apart. My marriage to my best friend was failing and we were getting a divorce. 
The stock market crashed and like many others I lost a lot of money. 
I lost my house. I was in debt. 
I was broke, looking for a place to live, alone with a new baby and I was 60 lbs overweight. 
All I saw in front of me were obstacles. All I felt was pain, fear and desperation.
I didn’t recognize the person I had become. 
I told myself I would start over. I would rebuild. 
Slowly but surely, I started to feel better…and then look better. 
Suddenly, there was HOPE! 
But here was the best part…MY transformation. 
It inspired me to start sharing and helping others, people just like you! 
I wanted to help people that were in similar situations. I wanted to give people hope as well and give them my formula. 
As more and more people started using my formula with great success…part two of my journey began. I started helping people on my (at the time) very small social media platforms where I used to answer every single message and comment! 
This led to me working with people in a one-on-one basis to help with THEIR transformation! 
It was amazing.The more I helped people, the more my social media following grew.

At first I thought that was good…but it got to the point where things were so crazy that I wasn’t able to work with people one on one any longer. 
Even worse, I could not SERVE individuals like you the way I wanted, when trying to serve a community of millions. 
Needless to say, the one-on-one interaction declined. 
With hundreds of private messages and emails coming in for me, and thousands of comments per day on social media, it was impossible to keep up with it all without help from my team. 
Which brings me to something personal I want to share with you.
