the_weak_powerlifter's Instagram Photo - Finally seeing some leg gainz! Not a lot but I see something πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ Hip felt around 75-80% today. Actually taking the time to really warm up and do activation moments ever time before I lift. 135x8x4 on paused squats and 175x10x2. I’ve also been trying to active my core more throughout the squat and trying to maintain better tightness, still need a lot of work but getting better.

Finally seeing some leg gainz! Not a lot but I see something πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ Hip felt around 75-80% today. Still trying to figure out my most optimal placement and also trying to work on getting tighter throughout the movement. Also worked on hook grip with the sets at 195. Once I moved onto 245 I switched to double over hand, thumbs were getting tried.

Also need to work on getting my hamstring looser, they feel super tight and my but wink has returned πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ with time, with time πŸ™‚

Only had 30 mins to get warmed up and work up to 345 for my sets, would usually take me about a hour but well here we are πŸ˜‚ at least the work got done. Also my hips were not ready and my legs were not even close to firing right but whatever. To to get on with the rest of my day πŸ˜‹
