Felt very sore today, my right lower back is acting up, and my left elbow isn't feeling the greeting rn, but as @marksmellybell said, "f&@k you and your f$&king elbow," so I guess I just got to suck it up and keep on going. Going to take some time in the mornings and before workouts to properly get ready for the day and to warm up.

Going to doing some singles every week to acclimate myself back to low bar and also on bench because I'm 10lbs lighter than what I usually train at. Also dropped my training max to 260 on bench so that I can get use to being a lighter body weight. @dianaahurtado_ with these clean videos and them sick angles.

the_weak_powerlifter's Instagram Photo - Was able to do all my deadlift work this morning. 340x3x4 on paused sumos. Didn't pause as long as I should have but I'm getting use to the college facility. Also did 245x4x5 on stiff legged deadlifts. Will be doing my accessories later tonight.

the_weak_powerlifter's Instagram Photo - 340x4x3 on high bar for a nice PR. Everything else did not go as planned, only did 1 full set of 6 o bench. Was suppose to do 215 for 4x6 but the other sets I got- 5,3,4,4. And on strong squats I did 265x2x4 paused, which is a pr by its self but I was shoot for 5x4. On the third set, fourth rep I had to bail. Than I got talked to by the people at the front desk asking me not to slam the weights.... but I was like I failed 😭😭 what did you want me to do. Aren't those things by my sides called catchers πŸ˜­πŸ˜‚ to save me from death πŸ˜žπŸ˜‚
